Wood Fired Smoked Salmon & Spanish Onion Pizza

*1 Qty Pizza Dough

*1 Qty Basic Pizza Sauce

*Sliced Tomato

*Sliced green capsicum

*Spanish red onion rings


*Smoked Salmon

*Cream cheese.

This will make 2 x 30cm Pizzas, Spread dough with the sauce and place all ingredients on the top finishing with the cream cheese in chunks.

Cook for 8 minutes in your Wildcat Pizza Oven at 230oC finishing on the oven floor for 1 minute to crisp.
