The first Tuesday in November, its the Melbourne Cup! We all love the excitement of the Spring Racing Carnival and the race that stops a nation is run next Tuesday. A day off from work is also very appreciated this time of year especially as the weather is warming up and the sun is shining.
We will be having a few days away this year over the weekend enjoying family time with our children and beautiful granddaughter who turned one this week. The weekend will be a time to relax and reconnect with them all. Sit back and talk, have a few laughs and generally enjoy their company.
It’s another great opportunity to entertain at home if you’re not going away. So light up your Wildcat Wood fired Oven and enjoy the great outdoors. How about cooking up a Roast Chicken ready for a Chicken and Champagne breakfast on Tuesday or bake a loaf of bread ready for a Picnic at the races.
