Wildcat Wood Fired Pasties

4-5 Pasties (20cm x 12cm)

Frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed. 500g Minced steak, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 potatoes, diced small, 1 large carrot, diced small 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, 2 Eggs, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp Barbecue sauce, Pinch of dried herbs, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, salt & pepper. 1Beaten egg for glaze. Olive oil spray for trays.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. Divide the mixture between the pastry sheets placing it along the centre of the sheets. Brush the edges of the pastry with water and lift sides up to meet on the top and seal. Seal ends. Cut slits in the pastry to allow hot air to escape. Place pasties on  lightly oiled trays, glaze with beaten egg and cook in your Wildcat Wood Fired Pizza Oven at 190C for approx 1 Hour. Be careful not to have your oven too hot as the pastry will burn on the bottom.

Serve with lots of tomato sauce, yum!
